Presentation Guidelines

Here are some presentation guidelines:
 

• Each presenter will have an 18-minute slot for the presentation of the paper, comprising 15 minutes maximum for the actual presentation and allowing 3 minutes for discussion.

• There is no specific template for the presentation and the file format should be PowerPoint or PDF.

• About 10 minutes prior to the beginning of the session, presenters should bring their presentation file and copy it to the laptop that will be available in the respective session room.

• Presenters should verify that the presentation is running as expected. A member of the ISIRC 2023 staff will be available in each session room to assist presenters with this task. 

• If the presenter would like the session chair to say a few words about yourself when presenting your talk, please provide him/her with very short and relevant information, at the beginning of the session.
