Registration

Normal and Student registration fees include attendance at all sessions, documentation, lunches, coffee breaks and conference dinner.

* To qualify as a student, the delegate must present a valid student card. A copy of your valid student identification card must be submitted at the time of pre-registration. You will also be asked to present your student identification card at the registration desk on-site.

Upon request, a formal letter of invitation to obtain a Visa to enter Portugal may be issued by the Organization. Please contact us through the email provided isirc2023@dps.uminho.pt.

Each author can present a maximum of two papers.

 

CONFERENCE PAYMENT
Payment of Conference fees can be made by bank transfer or credit card. All conference attendees must register, completing the registration Document (which can be found here).
Please download the document, fill and save and send it to congressos@caravela.pt, as detailed in the registration document.

 

Cancellations: The conference registration fees will not be refunded in case of cancellation. However, you may indicate at any time a substitute presenter, provided that the conference secretariat is informed in advance.
